Follow our steps on how to clean your screw-back earrings to keep them looking shiny and new.
What you’ll need
- Mild dish soap or a gentle baby shampoo
- Soft damp cloth
- Dry microfibre cloth
Gentle wipe all over the earrings using your damp cloth with a drop of mild soap to remove any built up oils, dirt and sweat.
Dry your earrings straight away with the dry microfibre cloth.
Using soft cloths and mild cleaners prevents the colours or coatings being scratched and helps keep your earrings looking as good as new.
Make sure to store your earrings in soft jewellery boxes or stands to keep them from rubbing on and damaging themselves.
