Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you received is incorrect, damaged, defective or causes an allergic reaction.

Sensitive ears or not the right fit?
We know every child is different. If the earrings aren’t quite working for your child and have caused a reaction, get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help find a better option or we will refund your order.

Faulty or damaged items
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re really sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it quickly with a replacement or refund.

How to return
Simply send us an email to hello@piercedpeanut.co.nz with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Return shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping for peace of mind.

Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within a few days.

Items must be returned to us within 21 days of purchase date.
Returns sent to us outside after the 21 days will be returned to sender at the senders expense.

We highly recommend inspecting all of the items in your order once received to make sure any returns can be processed within 21 days.
